Exercies That You May Have Never Thought Of
While trying to lose weight I learned that exercise can get boring, but to prevent this you had to mix things up once in awhile. There were some activities that I really would have not considered exercise, but once I started doing them, my heart rate was up and isn’t that the basis behind exercise?
Here are a couple of exercises that I thought of that you may have never thought of. This includes activities that you may have never considered doing.
* Water skiing. It’s way harder than you think to stand up on the water.
*Snowboarding. Not an easy sport.
*Frisbee toss or games. Running around chasing a Frisbee gets tiring.
*Heavy cleaning around the house. Just make sure that your heart rate gets up
*Dancing around the house. Turn up the music and just dance.
*Tag with your kids.
*Gardening, which definitely includes raking leaves
*Washing cars.
What ways have you found to exercise that are creative and fun?
