Adding Yoga To Your Workout
Many people who are on a weight loss journey don’t think to add yoga to a workout routine. They figure that they can’t burn that many calories doing yoga. But, yoga has great benefits that go beyond just burning calories.
Yoga can help relieve stress. Who doesn’t have stress in their life? Did you know that stress may be the reason why you are overweight? Do you eat when you are stressed? Instead try some yoga positions, even just for 15 minutes and it can help put you at ease and at a better state of mind.
Yoga can also help make you more flexible. More flexibility equals more exercises and workouts that you can do. Yoga helps strengthen and lengthen your muscles giving you a sleek physique while adding flexibility and tone to your body.
So, consider adding in yoga twice a week to your workouts. You can see benefits of doing yoga just for 15 minutes 2-3 times a week.

Thanks for the great advice. I do tai ji but adding Yoga would be great for stretching too.
