Published by celebgossiper at 9:15 am under Weight Loss Edit This

As of right now, there is no magic pill for automatic weight loss, because it there was I would have found it by now! Weight loss takes hard work. You have to work at, there are no ifs, ands, or, buts, about it.

You will not wake up one day and be 20 pounds lighter. That’s why I call it a weight loss journey. It takes time and work, and patience. Did you gain all that excess weight in one day, one week, or even one month? NO!

You know why weight loss is so rewarding? Because you know that you worked hard at it. You didn’t cheat or pull some fast move and achieve it, but you worked hard and stuck with it. That’s almost as rewarding as being skinny.

So, yes you will have days that you want to quit and you don’t want to exercise or you want to eat a whole pint of ice cream yourself, but you will get through it. If you are really determined, you can get over the hurdles in your weight loss journey and be victorious!

I know just how hard it can be at times, but it is well worth the effort. There are no magic pills and I am even unable to take the over the counter diet pills. It seems I have a reaction to afedra (not sure if that is spelled right) and have severe heart palpitations when I take it. I even have to be careful what kind of cold medication I take.
