Eat Less, Move More Explained
In the last post I made, I mentioned the basics to weight loss as eating less and moving more. Well, after I posted that, I kept thinking about it and how people could take the eat less in the wrong way.
When I say eat less, I dont’ necessary mean that you have to eat less food. Heck, you have a healthy diet and actually eat more on it than when you have an unhealthy diet. What I mean by eat less is eat less calories! This involves picking healthy food choices that are lower in calories and higher in nutrients than other food choices.
That means instead of eating two servings of potato chips, you could have two servings of grapes or strawberries instead. If may actually look like more food, but in actually is less in calories.
So, please if you are trying to lose weight, please understand what I mean when I say eat less. That does not mean starve yourself, as that is the most unhealthy way to diet. Instead, make wise food decisions and consume less calories to lose weight.
