Motivation For Weight Loss
Since most people can use all the motivation and support that they can get when trying to lose weight, I thought I would post a couple of motivations sayings and thoughts! Some of these things should be used on a daily basis to remind you are worth the struggle to lose weight and succeed.
“No food tastes as good as being skinny does.”
“You can do this! You are worth it!”
Instead of giving yourself reason why you can’t, give yourself reasons why you can!
“Never give up. It is worth it in the end.”
Imagine what it will feel like to put on that size (insert your goal size) and strut around knowing you are hot stuff.
