The Biggest Loser
One of my favorite television shows is The Biggest Loser. I know that when I was going through the struggle of losing weight, the show helped so much with motivation. Even though, the contestants on the show lose more weight that you can in a normal week, it’s just so inspirational to me.
Also, it’s not a bad show to watch to get new workout ideas and healthy eating ideas. One idea to that you can do is to make a promise that when you watch The Biggest Loser that you move with the people. This means that you don’t sit on the couch and watch the show, but you walk or run on the treadmill, do some free weight exercises or just get in some jumping jacks and crunches. This will motivate you even more.
The best part of The Biggest Loser would have to be the end of the show, when they show how the voted off contestant is doing now. It’s amazing looking at some of those before and after pictures and realizing what a person is capable of.
This season of The Biggest Loser is winding down and I believe the finale is sometime in December. The finale is the best show to watch. If you don’t watch The Biggest Loser, then at least watch the finale show. It shows just how hard the contestants work and that weight loss is possible. Pick one contestant that you want to be like and aim for that goal.
I think that The Biggest Loser is a great source of motivation and hope that the show continues for quite some time!
