Re-evaluating Your Weight Loss Plan
Every once in awhile you have to step back and re-evaluate your weight loss plan. Is it working for you? Are you losing the most weight that you can on it? Is there any way that you can improve on it?
Re-evaluating your weight loss plan every so often helps you to avoid weight loss plateaus and pitfalls. There is not set time for re-evaluation, but I learned that looking at what you are doing and trying to improve on it about once every month worked good for me. You may need to look at you weight loss more than that or maybe even less.
Once you have re-evaluating your weight loss plan, you can then implement the changes into your lifestyle. Maybe you need to cut out 50 more calories a day, or exercise 5 times a week instead of only 4. Whatever it is, implement the change and see how it works for you. If you are not noticing a change in your weight loss or if it has even slowed down more, then you need to do do some more re-evaluating.
