The Start of My Weight Loss
I know that so many people make New Year’s Resolutions and don’t keep them, but my weight loss goal is a little different than a normal New Year’s Resolution. It just so happens that January 1 is good starting time for me to get back into exercise and healthy eating after having my child. So, here I go again.
I am hoping that having this blog will help to keep me accountable and will help me to reach my weight loss goals. I gained 65 pounds with my last pregnancy and when I look in the mirror it is not very appealing. For any woman who have had babies, know that your body changes after pregnancy and it can be really frustrating looking at yourself in the mirror and not even recognizing your body.
So, here it goes, here are my starting stats and what my goals are:
Weight: 219
Chest: 43.5
Waist: 43.5
Hips: 49
Goals:
*By the end of March I would like to be 192 pounds
*By beginning of June to be back at pre-preggo weight of 170
*By end of the year I would like to be ultimately back to my wedding weight of 149.
So, now that everyone knows where I am starting and where I want to go, I can start on my way! Please join me along the way for my journey and let me know what you are going through also.
